J.B. joined Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Company in January 2000 after a long relationship as a client.  As an experienced investor and developer in Charleston area real estate, J.B. works with commercial clients as a listing, sales, and leasing agent.  He and his wife Jeanne, Indiana University graduates, are 30-year Mount Pleasant residents and have two children, Megan and Joey.

Philippa began her real estate career in 2000 brokering high end residential properties, vineyards and wineries in the Napa Valley. Her love of real estate and enjoyment of the luxury service sector have made her career not only enriching but also successful, with six consecutive years as a national sales award winner for Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, Ltd in the Bay Area of Northern California.  Philippa also worked several years for Stribling & Associates in Manhattan in the luxury Co-/Townhouse sector. She was raised in the Napa Valley where her family business, Saintsbury Winery in the Carneros region, continues to thrive. She attended University of California at Santa Barbara and earned a Bachelors degree in Sociology. Philippa has traveled extensively and enjoys the multifaceted lifestyle that she shares with most of her clients, making her uniquely qualified to understand their multifaceted needs in Charleston. Her love of real estate and her desire for to be near family have led her to Charleston.  Philippa works closely with her Aunt, Heidi Ravenel.

Heidi Ravenel joined the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Company in 1989 and specializes in residential sales and waterfront properties. She served previously as Associate Director of Cabinet Affairs in the Reagan White House, and also worked in political and government affairs consulting with Russo Watts and Rollins, and for the U.S. Customs Service as a program management officer.  She graduated from Ashley Hall and the University of South Carolina, and studied abroad at L’Ecole du Louvre in Paris and the American University in Cairo. Heidi is actively involved in the community and serves on the Board of Trustees of Ashley Hall School, the Board of Directors of the Life Management Center, the Service Commission at St Michael’s Church, and the Professional Standards Committee at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.  She is also the past President of the Board of Directors of the Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy, and the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mason Preparatory School. Heidi lives on Coburg Creek with husband, Arthur, and one of their five children.

Eva began her real estate career in 1980.  She sold homes for 10 years, but now focuses on commercial sales and leasing.  She is very involved in the community and is past President of the Disability Board of Charleston County.  She lives downtown with her daughter and two dogs.
